Gus Pichette poses with Beverly Therrien on left and wife Lee Pichette
On February 10th, 2006 Gus Pichette celebrated his 50th anniversary with The Melanson Company. A gold watch was presented to Gus by Beverly Therrien.
Gus started with the firm in February of 1956 just days after leaving the military, and went on to run the Metal Fabrication Division for many years.
When he started with the firm there were 6 employees and 2 trucks. Along with the founder Bob Therrien, who passed away in 2005,
Gus helped to grow the company into a multi-state entity with over 300 employees.
Lee Pichette, Gus' wife, has worked for the company for 28 years. Gus has been a Rotarian for 24 years.
